What Documents are required to rent a car?
- Valid Driving License / International License
- Passport / Emirates I.D. / G.C.C. Country I.D.
Is there any age restrictions in renting / driving our cars?
Clients must have a valid driver’s license for at least a year, Drivers must be at least 21 years old and can’t be older than 70 years old.
What should i pay after booking a car?
You will be required to pay upfront at least 50% of the Invoice amount to guarantee the booking.
What Payment Options do we accept?
We accept:
Cash
Credit Cards
Bank Transfer
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, It differs on what car do you wish to rent (5,000 AED – 10,000 AED)
When should i refund the security deposit?
You should receive the security deposit after 30 days of rental period.
Does the car have insurance?
Yes, all of our car are Full Comprehensive Insured.
What should I do if I got involved in an accident?
If in case of accident, do not leave the scene of the accident. Contact the Dubai Police ( 999 ) immediately. If no one was hurt and vehicle damage is minor, drivers are recommended to move their vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. Otherwise, the vehicles should not be moved. Obtain the report from Police and submit it to Lord Star Luxury.
What is the earliest time and latest time I can receive or return the vehicle?
Our team is ready 24 hours, However any request of changing of the time and location of the delivery or pick up should be notified to our Operations team 3-5 hours in advance
